Highlands Ranch Water Board of Directors Election

If you live in or own property in the Highlands Ranch Water service area and are a registered voter, you can vote in Highlands Ranch Water director elections.

To vote by mail, you can ask for an absentee ballot. Just fill out the Application for Absentee Ballot form. If you want to always get your ballot by mail for future elections, check the box that puts you on the permanent absentee voter list.

If you already sent in this form when the district was called Centennial Water and Sanitation District, your form is still good. If you checked the box for permanent mail-in voting back then, you don’t need to send it again.

To ask for an absentee ballot, fill out the form below. Make sure to include the property address and your mailing address. Then, email it to the General Manager at info@hrwater.org or drop it off at the district office at 62 Plaza Drive.
